Experience across a wide variety of property types, including retail, industrial, office, multi-family, and specialized properties. Specialized appraisal assignments include mixed-use, residential and commercial subdivisions, lodging properties, and economic incentives.

Appraisal review experience involves a broad range of real estate assets, including all major property types to the more focused, such as student housing, mobile home parks, convenience stores, hotels, quarries, recycling facilities, agricultural land, dairies, ranches, and livestock production facilities.
